Context
The Bioggio shopping centre (Coop, Otto’s, Tigotà), renovated in 2019 for the SF Retail Properties fund: energy renovation of the envelope to the Minergie standard and of the systems, photovoltaic system, new entrances, interior and exterior spaces, carried out by Tigestim. In 2022 we designed, built and managed the works of the new entrance and the Otto’s store on the upper floor. In 2025 the spaces for JYSK.

Result
Envelope, systems and entrances redone in 2019, with the new tenants open since August 2019. New store on the upper floor since March 2022.
