Context
On the former Polivideo site in Riazzino, 17,000 m² idle since the 2018 bankruptcy, Tigestim bought, designed and built a district with shops, offices and the Hotel Dorint: permit in May 2022, the first shops on 22 February 2024, the 82-room hotel on 7 October 2024, the retail piazza in 2026. For the hotel we also took care of lobby and reception, entrance, poolside bar and terrace pergola, choosing materials, furniture and lighting.
