Context
An office building in Bioggio, Via Strecce 7, built by Tigestim for Viseca Payment Services, which moved here from Bedano in December 2025. Outside, V-shaped pillars and a green facade. Inside, 2,750 m² of offices, meeting rooms, a café area, furniture and finishes. A timber-and-glass structure, almost energy-independent thanks to its solar panels.
In detail
2,750 m² of offices over a basement, the ground floor and two upper floors. Fifteen months on site, delivered in December 2025.
